B.A.D. Girl Beauty Review: Ouidad Curl Recovery

February 15, 2013

Ouidad

I really don’t know if Ouidad can do wrong when it comes to hair so I LOVE trying out their latest creations. They recently sent me their just launched  Curl Recovery products to try out so here is what I thought of them after just one use.

Ultra Nurishing Cleansing Oil:

Ultra Nourishing Cleansing Oil is a foaming, water-activated cleanser with an advanced oil base that gently removes dirt and build-up while restoring essential moisture.{Ouidad}

Pros:

  1. Lathered up really quickly and was easy to massage into my scalp
  2. Smells absolutely amazing
  3. I immediately saw a difference after one use
  4. Sulfate & Paraben Free

Cons: NONE!

Whipped Curls Daily:

Whipped Curls is a thick, dense daily conditioner that’s so luxurious it delights at first touch. Its rich, sensorial texture glides on hair and envelopes curls in deeply hydrating nutrients to elevate the moisture factor within the hair cuticle.{Ouidad}

Pros:

  1. Makes a great conditioning treatment
  2. Made my hair feel softer
  3. Smells fantastic

Cons:

  1. When used as a primer it made my hair feel a bit greasy
  2. Because the cream is so rich and thick it is easy to put too much on too little hair

I totally recommend trying either of the two products if you are looking for newness to help tame your tresses. I also always recommend Ouidad even if you don’t have naturally curly hair. These 2 products could work for all hair types in need of mosture and damage repair!
