Be (B)eautiful: Every morning that you wake up is the chance for you to make an impact on your life. So as you stand in front of the mirror brushing your teeth and dreading your commute to work; look in the mirror and say “thank you.” Thank you for allowing me to be alive and ready to take on the day. No matter what your situation is, remember that it could always be worse.
Be (A)uthentic: Do you feel like wearing those new shoes that your sister said were tacky? That vintage top that your friends might consider out of style? Wear it! If you like it and feel confident and comfortable with who you are when you are in these items then do it.
Be (D)etermined: Are you trying to drink more water through out the day to make sure you have your full 8 glasses? Put reminders into your phone, planners, to do lists, tasks on your computer. Do things to remind yourself that you need your 8 glasses, not only will you feel good about accomplishing your goal of 8 glasses of water a day, but your body will thank you as well.
