Be (A)uthentic: Be secure with the woman that you are. Can you look at another female and without hesitation compliment her or say that she is pretty or hott? Only a hater will say something stupid like her hair looks bad in a pony tail or I don’t like that dress. A BAD girl will give props when props are due and she will acknowledge a pretty girl and not roll her eyes at her, unless the bitch deserves it! 😉

Be (D)etermined: Get the job! When leaving a voice mail with a prospective employer or anyone of importance for that matter make sure you speak loud and clear. You don’t need to yell, but please make sure you aren’t mumbling. I cant tell you how many voice mails I have had to replay  just to make out someones name. If I was in HR – and I couldn’t make out your name in a message I would skip right past you and on to the next person. So speak loud (enough), clearly and slowly. It is also good to repeat your number twice. Ex: “Please give me a call back at 555-444-3333, again, my number is 555-444-3333. Thank you.” This helps them get a second shot at jotting your number down without having to replay the entire message.
