Fitness and a healthy lifestyle is just that- it is a LIFESTYLE and you need to change your habits in order to see long-lasting results.
Be (D)etermined: So you lost your weight and are happy with your banging body. Now you can go back to your old habits and chill out with the work outs right? The answer is no. Once you shed some pounds or tone up its your job to maintain it. Your body will not maintain its figure on its own. Living a healthy lifestyle is important and you shouldn’t be working out just because you are going to Jamaica for vacation and want to look good on the beach.
