Be (B)eautiful: Lending a helping hand and expecting nothing back in return is a true sign of a beautiful person. The gratitude that goes along with assisting someone or making a difference in someone else life is enough to satisfy.
Be (A)uthentic: Don’t let yourself get caught up in doing so much for everyone else that you neglect your own needs and wants. Helping others is great, but remember that you come first.
Be (D)etermined: You should never be too scared or prideful to ask for help. If a project at work is really stressing you out, a school assignment, you need relationship advice, etc. Go and seek help, no one will judge you or think you aren’t capable of doing things on your own.
