♥ Next time you have a craving for something sweet, grab a piece of fruit.
♥ Drop your daily calorie intake drastically by cutting out unnecessary calorie loaded beverages like soda, juice, lattes, frappes, etc.
♥ You should be averaging at least 10,000 steps a day. Most Americans are way under this goal, so if you can walk it out, do itttt.
♥ White Bread is not your friend. Meet whole grain or wheat bread they are so much cooler.
♥ Jamie Fox may be able to blame it on the alcohol, but YOU should NOT. Don’t let alcohol be the reason you’re unhappy with your weight.
The best way to make a change in your eating habits is to start off small. It is not easy to eliminate all the crap we’ve been eating for so long, so start off slow.
