I have been kicking myself for getting rid of my old denim jacket a few yrs ago. I don’t know what I was thinking, denim will never go out of style. So I decided to improvise and throw this denim button up on over my tunic.
These wedges are the most comfortable friggen shoes I have ever slipped my feet into and the best part is that I got them for $20 bucks at TJ MAXX!
My mom’s corgi Knucklez decided to make a cameo while I was taking a few photos. I couldn’t get him to strike a pose unfortunately. Maybe next time.
Anyways, I love mixing up an outfit that could be seen as a bit more dressy by adding a casual piece to it, hence the denim top. Do you like?

I think the denim button-up looks great. The jacket might have looked to heavy over the tunic. But you’re right – denim will never go out of style. And wedges are magical shoes. I have a really hard time in heels but high wedges never present any problems.
