Be B.A.D: You cannot welcome more abundance into your life until you have genuinely said to the universe, “Hey, thanks for all that I have!”
People who put a sincere effort into being appreciative and thankful tend to live a happier and healthier lifestyle.
Being grateful is a powerful tool we can use to attract what we want into our lives. We get what we put into this world.
Slowly start to change your thought process. So many of us get too caught up in the day-to-day stupidity that we forget the main difference between a “good day” and a “bad day” lies within our attitude. Your attitude is controlled by your thoughts. Be better. Be BADder.
So let’s start off by being thankful for all that we DO have, right now!
Have a Safe and Happy Thanksgiving!

So wonderful! And, look for things to appreciate in others, in things, in events, in yourself! Be one who appreciates!
Yes!!! I totally agree with you!
Yes you are much happier when you appreciate the things you have versus constantly obsessing about what you don’t
xoxo
Totally agree with the title of your post. I can’t stand it when people want to suddenly change themselves just for the season – like being extra thankful at Thanksgiving, extra cheery on Christmas or extra romantic at Valentine’s. Maybe the world would be better if we were all these things year-round … just saying.
“People who put a sincere effort into being appreciative and thankful tend to live a happier and healthier lifestyle.” It’s probably because Karma smiles back at those who truly enjoy smiling 🙂
Wise words. Being thankful for the little things is humbling. And not worrying about what you don’t have or can’t control is liberating.
I hope your holiday was fab and that you enjoyed yourself.
