The negative thought will try to enter your mind again and you will have to replace it with a positive one, AGAIN. Persistence will eventually teach your mind to think positively, and to ignore negative thoughts.
It is as if there are two pictures and you have to choose to look at one of them, and disregard the other.
Kick that negative thoughts ass to the curb!

Great advice — but can be difficult to do at times!
I definitely need to keep this in mind because there’s A LOT of negativity out there and it’s hard not to get caught up in it 😦
this is a wonderful reminder because somedays it’s tough to keep positive. i try to take a deep breath and not stress but it’s tough. usually i’m negative when i’m tired and frustrated.
