I recently started reading this book and its completely changed my way of thinking, living and how I plan to set out and accomplish my goals. So basically I am no longer setting goals, but rather setting daily standards that will allow me to start achieving success TODAY.
Here are some of the standards I am now implementing into my daily routine:
1. I will not put garbage food & drink into my body.
2. I will not entertain negativity in any shape or form.
3. I will dictate how my time is spent and with whom.
4. I will not spend money frivolously.
5. I will not over work myself.
Now the key is to stick to my standards and my life will slowly begin to change for the better!
What are some standards YOU can start to implement today?

I will not over work myself. I will not over work myself. I will not over work myself. I will not over work myself. I will not over work myself. I will not over work myself.I will not over work myself.
I feel I need to say that a kazillion times more, bad girl.
As per usual – love the mantras, Nicole!

Seems like a great book, I would read it.
Nice standards !
I said exactly this today on my blog, as I had a habit of physical exercise and suddenly let laziness take care of me! But in a month, I woke up and said “I would not be that way,” and I’m taking it very seriously! this was one of the first stardards I’ve changed!
I want to change other things, how to be more determined and also do more vocational courses to improve myself more!
Have a great week!
Kisses !

Thx for sharing babe
I need to implement #1 and #4 immediately! And it sounds like it wouldn’t hurt for me to invest in the book you’re reading, either.
Mine was working out today and I accomplished that yay me!
great tips!! I think I will have to implement all of them!
