On Wednesday, February 13, Nolcha Fashion Week: New York Fall/Winter 2013 presented by Rusk held their runway shows at Pier 59. For those of you who may not be familiar with Nolcha, now in its sixth year, they are one of New York’s leading platforms for independent global fashion designers.
I fell in love with designer Samantha Cole and her Fall/Winter 13 collection. The models looked so tough and ready to kick ass. There were lots of bold geometric prints and dark colors, but I personally loved the all white looks.
Samantha Cole’s designs are very strong and edgy. Her collections are all designed with an underlying theme involving female empowerment, which of course, I love.
What do you think of the collection?
