I have seriously realized the importance of a killer playlist to motivate your work out especially when you are doing cardio. So I decided to share with you all some of my favorite jams that I currently have on rotation while I am running my ass off on the treadmill!

I find myself more times than not listening to the Daddy Yankee track during my entire cardio session sometimes because it keeps me so pumped. The song maintains a fast pace the entire time, which is perfect for keeping my energy up while I sprint my life away. Plus, my bf and I met the guy who wrote the track while we were in Puerto Rico for my birthday last year and he played the song for us before it was even out!
