B.A.D. Girl Tip: Get Better Results From Your Mascara

tips for wearing mascara

If I had to pick one makeup product to have with me on a deserted island it would most definitely be my mascara! I currently swear by Avon’s  SuperSHOCK Max Mascara as my ultimate favorite. It is so good especially for girls with long lashes because the brush is huge.

So here are my tips to get get better results from your mascara and create perfect lashes.

  • Purchase the Sally Hansen Sexy Curls Eyelash Curler. My sister introduced me and it is AMAZING.  You can find it at your local drug or beauty supply store.  You wont regret it. Throw your other one out and buy this one. Now.
  • Use an eyelash comb to separate your lashes and curl them with your new Sally Hansen Eyelash Curler. Hold for 5-10 seconds on each eye.
  • When you apply your mascara it is so important that you wiggle the mascara wand from the base of your lash line to the tip. So whatever you do, do not just brush your lashes with your mascara. You have to wiggle from base to tip. This helps you achieve maximum volume, length, curl and lift. I promise.
  • Curl your lashes again after you apply your mascara if you want an extreme curl. Hold for 5 seconds.

I truly believe it is all about the application process in order to see results so make sure you wiggle it! If you don’t want to purchase an eyelash curler my application tip will help a LOT! You should also find a brush that works well for your lashes. Smaller brushes work better for shorter lashes and the bigger brushes work great for longer lashes.

What Mascara do you use? Any tips?
