Nolcha Fashion Week: Karo Swimwear Spring/Summer 2014 Runway Show Review

Karo Swimwear spring 2014Karo Swimwear is the brainchild of Polish designer Kasia Roginska who launched her collection just this past January. She designs each piece to have built in jewelry and stones, which makes her swimsuits really pretty and unique.

Her Spring 2014 collection was very eclectic and funky, which was really fun to see live. The line consisted mostly of monokinis and bikinis in bright fun colors with embellishments and sexy silhouettes.

Karo Swim 2014 “My vision is to create something totally unique, a piece that’s not only a swimsuit. I want it to be a piece of art, something that makes woman feel elegant, edgy and sexy at the same time. Each piece has built in something that every female cherishes…jewelry.” ~Kasia RoginskaKaro Swimwear Nautical KARO SWIMWEAR BUMBLEBEEKaro Swim sp 14 Karo Swimwear collectionMy favorite swimsuit from the collection is called “Cleopatra” its the olive green suit with the embellished top (1st photo). I think its safe to say you have to be a daring and bold female to rock her sexy pieces because they are definitely more for show than for actual swimming! I loved how each models shoes matched their swimsuit too. They were all embellished to match the specif design/theme of each piece.

This was a really fun show to see live and I look forward to seeing future collections from Karo Swimwear.

Would you rock one of these swimsuits?

  1. Yes, the Cleopatra swimsuit is bold and daring, but I like the most Sailor one. I know it is embellished with Svarowski crystals and some gold tone jewels. Just piece of art!
