For a very long time I have been feeling miserable; nothing made me happy, indeed the feeling of happiness was almost alien to me. I started getting used to the feeling of hopelessness and uselessness. However, I changed one thing in my life and I can honestly say I feel happy on a daily basis. I even smile to myself every now and again because I truly feel happy and in harmony. This change made me fall in love with myself (as you stated) and heightened my self-worth. Change is good and it’s in our hands.

I so needed this- I haven’t been having the greatest day today, but now I’m going to try focusing on at least one thing that’s making me happy today.
