In the spirit of Valentine’s Day I figured we could talk about good ol’ kissing and how it can be used to get us what we want and avoid what we dont! Kissing is a form of non-verbal communication so it’s important to be mindful of the message you are sending when you plant one on somebody. Every B.A.D. Girl should know how to kiss in a way that communicates clearly what you would and wouldn’t like to happen next otherwise you might find yourself in an uncomfortable situation.

Each “type” of kiss sends its own distinct message to the receiver, which is super important when you begin dating someone new and are still trying to figure out your feelings. You don’t want to have the guy think you are ready to take things up a notch when in reality you’re just not that interested. Be in control of the kissing so you can set the tone. It is also important to keep in mind the message you are sending when in a long term relationship where it can be easy to get caught up and your intentions misread. Think before you kiss, it will help avoid unnecessary arguments. Trust me on that one.
