B.A.D. Girl Link Love: Dream Chasing, Champagne and Wasting Time

Hi Loves, I hope you all are having a great week! I am really happy because I received notification that my trademark application with the USTPO has been approved and is in its final stages! This means I will be the official registered trademark owner of ‘B.A.D. Beautiful, Authentic & Determined’ very soon! I always knew in the back of my mind that I needed to protect myself, but if I am being honest it wasn’t until I found myself dealing with my FIRST infringement issue that I kicked it into high gear and dropped a huge chunk of money to protect what I have worked so hard to create. It’s something that I highly recommend to anyone with a unique idea, name or brand and are looking to really invest in it for the long haul.
