Each morning BEFORE you get out of bed take a minute to declare your intentions for the day and give deep thanks as though you have received them all. Intend that it is going to be the best day of your life. Intend that your day will be filled with happiness and all the good things that you desire. If you can make this into a daily habit you will start to see your life change for the better. So put down your cell phone and start practicing gratitude instead. I promise it will benefit you way more than what’s happening on the gram.
