Be (B)eautiful: I love summer style. So much color and so much fun. I love love love this Marc Jacobs tote for a cute casual summer look! Be (A)uthentic: We all mistakenly think that a guy is going to miraculously change over night, so we give him another shot, and another, and sometimes another one! Value yourself and realize that you deserve better. If you allow him back in and forgive each time, he wont realize that what he is doing needs to stop or that he needs to change. He will continue because you continue to accept it. Be (D)etermined: Don’t fall into the trap of doing the same workout routine everyday that it gets to the point where you aren’t being challenged anymore. Switch it up! Try a new form of cardio like kick boxing, use weights, do more arm curl reps, add in more strength training moves, or target a new area of your body. If you aren’t working your muscles your body wont change and you WONT SEE RESULTS! (source).
