Here is a great way to practice an attitude of gratitude! Everyday pick at least one thing that you see or experience and feel grateful for and write it down on pieces of paper. Throw the paper along with a quarter (or a dollar if you’re ballin’ like that) into a jar. When the jar is all filled up treat yourself, or better yet, someone else. image via Doing this daily will allow you to begin training yourself to practice an attitude of gratitude and therefore increasing the amount of good things in your life. I am starting my gratitude jar today just in time for thanksgiving and I challenge you to start with me! Let’s do it! What are you grateful for today? xo Nicole Let’s Connect: Bloglovin Facebook Twitter Instagram Youtube SHOP
Create your life intentionally by making it a daily habit to determine every event in your life in advance, through your thoughts. This is a powerful tool that once mastered can really transform your everyday. Tip: Every night before bed spend some time thinking about how you want your tomorrow to play out. Visualize and feel the feelings of having what you want. Express your gratitude for receiving all of those things you want to happen. Wake up excited because you are going to have a f*cking amazing day! xo Nicole Let’s Connect: Bloglovin Facebook Twitter Instagram Shop
image via It’s said that ” Energy flows, where attention goes” and that you get what you focus on so stop dwelling on all of the annoying things that may be going on with your relationship and/or your significant other and start paying attention to the good things. Creating a “gratitude list” will allow you to put your energy into the positive aspects of your relationship and remember all of the wonderful qualities that you love about your partner. Everyday for the next 30 days write down one new thing on your list. The KEY here is to focus your thoughts and energy on the items you add to your list only. You will start to receive more of the good while the not so good start to disappear. ANDDDD if for some reason your list is coming up short it may be time for you to reevaluate your current relationship. Just saying. P.s. You can also create a “gratitude list” for your personal life too! What is something you are grateful for?
