“Confidante: One entrusted by A with the secrets of B confided to herself by C.” ~Ambrose Bierce

Be (B)eautiful: Regardless of all the political BS that is behind the war, we need to support our troops. They really are American Heroes. If you haven’t seen this video (click here) yet, then you should just because of how beautiful it is. My ❤ goes out to all those who have loved ones serving our country right now. Be (A)uthentic: I stumbled upon a really awesome accessory designer named Amina who makes all of her pieces handmade. Rockin’ a pair of her earrings will guarantee total uniqueness. Check out her shop here and her blog here! Be (D)etermined: As a BAD girl you have to master the art of  “pretending you didn’t know something“. We have all had that friend who tells us a piece of juicy info or something someone told them not to mention to anyone else. As the bearer of this new top-secret info it is your job to 1.) keep your mouth shut, 2.) practice your surprised/OMG/concerned face for if/when the secret is told to you, and 3.) don’t let …

Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.” ~Winston Churchill

Be (B)eautiful: Having good posture is super important. Not only does it help keep you from being a hunchbacked old lady, but it makes you look so much better. Women who walk with their shoulders back and head up exude so much confidence. Plus when you stand or sit all the way upright it slims out your mid section. They know what they want and allow no one to get in their way. And they never settle in life. Many of us fear failure, but I think a real …

“I don’t think you ever stop giving. I really don’t. I think it’s an on-going process. And it’s not just about being able to write a check. It’s being able to touch somebody’s life” ~ Oprah

Be (B)eautiful: I just purchased bracelets from http://www.beadforlife.org. This organization helps women in Uganda overcome poverty by providing them with the opportunity to sell their handmade beaded jewelry into the U.S. The stories of the beaders really inspired me. They have faced such difficult circumstances and still manage to prosper and smile. They are full of hope even when it seems like things wont get any better. The jewelry isn’t costly and its beautifully hand made from Africa. That is pretty awesome if you ask me. Be a (B)eautiful person and help someone else who most likely needs it way more than you do. Be (A)uthentic: Be original in the handmade jewelery I mentioned above. Not only will you be wearing a beautiful unique piece, but whenever someone asks you: “hey, where did you get that?’- you now have an amazing conversation starter. Be (D)etermined: Make a difference. If you want to do more than just purchase some jewelry on your own, why not host a BeadParty?! This is an awesome way to bring your …
