B.A.D. Girl Style: 90’s Grunge Fashion

The 90s are back and boyfriends everywhere are missing pieces of their wardrobe! I know my bf definitely is because I have been stealing his button ups to rock opened up or around my waist. Achieving this look is really easy and fun! All items featured are from H&M Online and the Boots are from Pink & Pepper The plaid button up is iconic 90’s grunge and if you are going to purchase one I recommend buying  from the men’s department so that its a bit oversized because the women’s tops are cut more feminine and fitted. Grunge style is very  relaxed and baggy. The other essential “grunge” must have is a pair of kick-ass boots! I recently purchased these Pink & Pepper ankle boots so that I can wear them with everything from shorts to dresses. They are really affordable too! Throw on a comfy tee or muscle tank and some denim and you are ready to go! Have you tried the grunge look yet? xo Nicole Let’s Connect:  Bloglovin  Facebook  Twitter  Instagram  SHOP

B.A.D. Girl Style: Tiger Power

This summer my go to favorite item of clothing was a muscle tank. I love the comfortable fit and boyish cut. I would take old tees and cut them into muscle tanks too. It’s a great way to upcycle your clothing! This tee I am wearing is from Zara and I looveee it.   Another trend I am currently obsessed with is tying shirts around your waist. Its so 90’s grunge and as a true 90’s kid I am happy to see this style being accepted back into the fashion community for now.  The one I am wearing in this photo is my bf’s sweater that I accidentally shrunk when washing so its mine now. Sorry babe! My mom was with me while taking photos and she always bugs me to feature Knuckles, our family pet so here he is! Knuckles is a Welsh Corgi and he’s is a total ham. I always told my mom she should of got him a pet agent. Outfit Details: Top: Zara, Pants: Urban Outfitters, Shoes: H&M Online, Necklace: …

B.A.D. Girl Photo Diary: Backstreet Boys Concert

I have always been a BSB fan since I was a kid and unfortunately didn’t get to experience their concerts until I was older and tickets for shows became a lot easier to get your hands on. BUT the BSB’s do not disappoint so this show was amazing! The concert was at the Nikon Theater at Jones Beach in Long Island, NY.  The rain storm we had during the day on Tuesday held off throughout the night and my sister and I had a blast!! They sang all of their hits plus a bunch of new songs. These boys can still shake their money makers 20 years later!  We were looooving it! I was so excited that my H&M online purchase came in just in time to wear to the concert. I purchased these studded sandals that are mad comfy and so damn cute. It’s going to be a problem now that H&M offers online shopping! The best thing about this concert was that we were FINALLY going to meet the BSB’s! We attended the …

H&M Shopping Haul

I’ve been looking for a decent pair of faux leather bottoms for a long time and H&M came thru for me! I love that this sweater feels like a thermal top and the gold buttons add a nice touch. I am building a serrriouss sheer top collection. This color block scarf is about 12 feet long! I am not kidding! I love how many times I can wrap it around my neck. I love the deep burgundy shade and subtle design of this scarf. So pretty! Did you do any shopping over the weekend?!  Happy Monday loves!!

The Girl With The Red Pants

I am always inspired by blogger Vivienne of Haute & Fierce and after taking these photos I realized my look was very similar to one of hers that she posted HERE.  Don’t you think so? Do any of these pieces look familiar to you?? They are from “The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo Collection” from H&M. Well, the jacket and top are anyways. I also copped a hoodie and the snood from the collection! The biker boots are from Steve Madden and were one of my Christmas gifts from the babe. Last winter I was totally into lace up/combat boots and this year I am all about the biker boot! What kind of boots are you rockin’?!  xo

H&M Girl With The Dragon Tattoo Collection & Pop-Up Shop

H&M is at it again with their latest collection designed by costume designer Trish Summerville of the upcoming novel turned movie “The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.” The collection is inspired and based on main character Lisbeth Salander and what she would wear of course. The jackets are pretty dope and  H&M prices are always a steal! I’m obsessed with the denim jacket w/leather sleeves. Leather sleeves are HUGE right now! If you are in NYC and diggin the collection be sure to visit the H&M Girl With The Dragon Tattoo Pop-Up Shop, which will exclusively carry the entire collection! Where: 72 Gansevoort Street  (between Washington & Greenwich Streets) When: December 14th-16th from 12pm-10pm daily H&M will also be providing guests with a complimentary coffee bar, computer hacking activation’s, an on-site photo booth and showing never before seen official extended film trailers. {Versace x H&M} I Got My Hands on a Leather!

I was meant to have this jacket. And I say this because I was literally at the right place at the right time when a girl decided not to purchase this baby and left it at the table I was standing near. I could not believe my lucky stars. I still had 2 hours until it was my turn to shop the collection and by 8:30 am I had what I set out for. Total effing win! I am really impressed with the quality of this collection. The leather feels butter soft and the wool, cashmere and silk are all really nice too compared to what you normally get at H&M. It was def worth the extra bucks! How friggen adorable is this leather mini bag?!  I can’t even lie to you guys and front like I got up super early and waited on line for hours. I want to say I waited for about 2 hours until the doors opened at 8am. I opted to hit up an H&M on the upper east side …

Versace x H&M Collection: Top 10 Must Have Pieces

The countdown for the release of the Versace for H&M collection is on and poppin! November 17th is the date and I am anxiously awaiting and hoping that I can get my hands on a leather jacket. Its the number one item on my hit list. I would also love to cop some of the accessories like the mens skull cap  and the necklace, but accessories are always the first things to blow out! I would so rock the men’s sneaker too! Do you like any of the pieces in the collection? Will you be braving the masses all in the name of fashion? Peep the full collection HERE. Images courtesy of H&M
