Fun Ways to Make Money Online

Hey B.A.D. Girls!  So I am currently on an entrepreneur budget  and always looking for ways to make some extra green. I have a huge amount of fashion items that are just sitting in my closet and after sorting thru what can be donated I still have a lot of stuff! So I am obsessed with sites/apps that allow you to sell your items for cash money! Here are some fun money making sites: Poshmark Poshmark is a free iPhone App that is like Instagram meets your closet and its super easy to use. You can sell as many items as you want as long as they are women’s fashion related. They also host daily themed “posh parties”, which are great for promoting your items. They take 20% of your sale which kind of sucks but you cant beat turning your closet into cash! Come find me and my closet on Poshmark; my username is @stylemebad. Oh and enter referral code HJBWI to get a $5 credit!  🙂 Threadflip Threadflip has a much better website …

B.A.D. Girl Tip: Score Extra Credit

Who doesn’t have a love/hate relationship with credit cards? I know I do, so here is a good tip for managing your cards and keeping your credit score on the up and up! It’s important to keep your oldest card active as long as possible to establish consistently good credit history, even if you only use it once or twice a year. If you have multiple cards that were opened around the same time make sure you choose to keep the best card open and active. For example, an Amex or MasterCard should remain open as opposed to a Macy’s or Victoria’s secret credit card. Also make sure you don’t close more than one account per year or your credit score will get docked. B.A.D. Girl Tip: Think Like a BOSS

If you’re like me then saving money is probably a challenge, so I have decided to replace the word “savings” with “profit”. We need to start thinking like a boss! Our goal should be to turn a profit with our personal finances and not experience loss by spending more than we make. So don’t ask yourself if you saved enough money at the end of the month; ask yourself if you made a profit this month instead. Doesn’t that just sound better? And so much more boss lady-ish too! Are you thinking like a boss? xx Nicole
