B.A.D. Girl Style: All Neutral Everything

This past weekend I had the honor of attending a graduation party for one of my sorority sisters who achieved her goal of obtaining her Doctorate by the age of 30! This is such a killer accomplishment and to reach it at such a young age is even more amazing! I am so proud of my beautiful friend Dr. Marquez and all that she will do to help change and shape the world! I apologize for the lack in photo quality as these were taken in dim lighting with my phone but I just had to share this amazing accomplishment and my outfit of course! You can get the look for under $100! Get the Look: Skirt in Black Here, Crop Top Here, Shoes Here, Cuff Bracelet Here I pretty much stuck with neutral shades for this outfit where I normally may have thrown in a pop of color. My lipstick was even in a nude shade! My outfit was super affordable since I got my top and skirt from Tobi which offer 50% of your first order with them! …

B.A.D. Girl Style: Weekend Casual

I would be lying if I didn’t say that this is probably my everyday uniform. My personal style revolves around being comfortable. I live in a tee, jeans and comfy shoes.  I love to add unique elements and touches to make my outfits my own because being comfortable doesn’t mean you can’t be stylish, right? I took these photos while exploring Brooklyn, NY after visiting with my screen printer. My boyfriend and I were really digging the vibe and are definitely going to look into BK when we begin our apartment hunt later this year! That same day we also made a quick trip up to the Riverdale section of the Bronx to visit his grandmother and fell in love with the scenery. It was a gorgeous day out and we were literally staring at the Hudson River. I just love New York! P.S. Thanks to all who entered my giveaway! Winner will be announced on Friday!! What is your weekend style? B.A.D. Girl Style: The All Seeing Eye

If I were a celebrity people would probably think I am promoting “evil” by wearing this top, but I would like to go on the record and just say I am wearing it simply because I think it’s dope! I love the gold detail and the shirt is really comfortable too. Civil Clothing Cap, Garage Sweatshirt,  Zara Vest, Urban Outfitters Jeans, Pink & Pepper Boots We had “nice” weather last weekend which for us was about 50-something degrees so I ventured out and left my winter coat behind hoping to summon a quicker return of Spring. However, it was still too cold for me so I threw on my Civil Clothing cap and this was the outcome. It’s probably one of the most “street” looks I’ve worn since I don’t even know when, but hopefully you guys dig it! What are you wearing today? xo Nicole Let’s Connect:  Bloglovin  Facebook  Twitter  Instagram  Youtube  SHOP

B.A.D. Girl Style: Black & White

This is the outfit I wore on Valentine’s Day with my new Melie Bianco bag that was a V-Day gift from my bf. I love the idea of black and white with a pop of color so I threw on my neon pink MyTee B.A.D. beanie! Outfit Details: Coat – Via Spiga | Blouse – Forever 21 | Skirt – Mystique Boutique | Shoes – H&M | Beanie – MyTee B.A.D. | Handbag – Melie Bianco I fell in love with this Melie Bianco bag because of the body style and colors plus it reminds me of a Celine bag! I like to think of this bag as a place holder until I get my hands on a real one! On V-Day the bf and I ate all of my favorite foods and had a blast getting creative as we painted our own canvases (pic here). It was a really fun idea and I recommend it for anyone looking to have a creative date night! You can also check out my post on the Goodwill Blog with 3 …

B.A.D. Girl Style: Parka Jackets & Coats

I’ve been wanting a parka style jacket for a minute so when my mom told me the one she had recently bought didn’t fit her right I jumped at the opportunity to snatch it. She purchased it from Bloomingdales, but I have no idea the brand. The tag just says s +p. Regardless, I am obsessed  and haven’t stopped wearing it since the cold weather hit the east coast! What you cant see on this jacket because of my scarf is the removable fur trim around the collar. I like that the lining and fur are removable because that means I will still be able to wear the jacket when Spring gets here.  I also love the corset style detail on the back of the jacket. Parka: Bloomingdales – Beanie: H&M – Scarf: Xmas Gift from Kim! – Jeans: Mng by Mango – Boots: H&M – Bag: Marc by Marc Jacobs – Sunnies: Kenneth Cole Parkas are great for an everyday jacket/coat that you can wear year round since many of them have removable linings, …

B.A.D. Girl Style: Gypsy Rocker

Head scarves are my new obsession especially because I am in desperate need of a hair cut! I purchased this cute skull printed scarf from H&M for $6 and because its narrow it makes for the perfect head piece. You can wear a head scarf so many different ways ( like this way), but I decided to keep the scarf long and flowy since I was going for a gypsy vibe. I am also REALLY excited to debut one of my brand new tee designs for MyTee B.A.D! This along with a bunch more will be up for sale very soon! I really can’t get enough of these Jeffrey Campbell ‘Clinic’ Wedges. They are beyond comfy and I just want to wear them all day long! And what makes these bad boys even better is that I paid $75 bucks for them from a seller on Poshmark! What did you wear today? xx Nicole FOLLOW ME: FACEBOOK TWITTER BLOGLOVIN INSTAGRAM

B.A.D. Girl Style: Cap & Heels

I blogged last year about my baseball/5 panel cap obsession (post here) and I finally got my hands on this one from super cool brand Civil Clothing. The second I saw it I knew I wanted to rock it with my vintage Levis and a killer pair of heels; cue the new Prabal Gurung x Target heels.   Love this famous moustaches tee I found at Topshop during the holidays. It has every iconic stache you could think of on it! I really love mixing feminine with a bit of street or edge and I think this look was spot on! Oh! And did I mention the heels are super comfy?! Sa-weeeet! What are you rocking today? xx Nicole Follow Me: Bloglovin Facebook  Twitter Instagram

B.A.D. Girl Style: Skulls on Skulls

I copped these suede skull loafers from Zara and they make me feel so pimp! I dressed them down for the weekend with a button up and bright colored bottoms. A special thank you to my good friend Jiselle for the awesome Vince Camuto necklace! Don’t these shoes look mad pimp?! My mom said I need to wear them with a silk smoking jacket! LOL What I am Wearing:  Skull Button Up – Mystique Boutique in NYC ZARA Pink Pants ZARA Skull Loafers Vince Camuto Necklace Michael Khors Watch BCBG Pyramid Stud Bracelet Lia Sophia Bangle Bracelet Marc Jacobs iPad Case **Photo Credit to my sister Nina! xx Nicole

B.A.D. Girl Style: Make a Statement

I scored this awesome necklace at a really cute boutique in Puerto Rico called Hecho a Mano, which means hand made when I was on vacation last month. My bf insisted on being the one to actually “buy” it for me because he thought it was so dope, so technically it was a gift! Thanks babe! This necklace makes such a bold statement and is so authentic and different that I didn’t even bother putting on earrings and I ALWAYS wear earrings. The necklace itself is really light weight, made of natural materials (wood) and it barely felt like I had anything on which is awesome because some statement pieces can be mad heavy. I rocked my new MyTee B.A.D. turban head wrap, which is made out of recycled organic cotton tee shirts! It will be up for sale on our site very soon!! Any fun statement pieces you’re currently obsessed with? p.s Shout out to my sister, Nina, for the photos! xx Nicole SHOP HECHO A MANO SHOP MYTEE BAD
