TLT: Create a Gratitude List

image via It’s said that ” Energy flows, where attention goes” and that you get what you focus on so stop dwelling on all of the annoying things that may be going on with your relationship and/or your significant other and start paying attention to the good things. Creating a “gratitude list” will allow you to put your energy into the positive aspects of your relationship and remember all of the wonderful qualities that you love about your partner. Everyday for the next 30 days write down one new thing on your list. The KEY here is to focus your thoughts and energy on the items you add to your list only. You will start to receive more of the good while the not so good start to disappear. ANDDDD if for some reason your list is coming up short it may be time for you to reevaluate your current relationship. Just saying. P.s. You can also create a “gratitude list” for your personal life too! What is something you are grateful for?

We aren’t quitters, because quitters never win right? Well, I strongly believe in NEVER saying never! It is majorly important for us to grow, understand and realize when we need to work harder for something or someone and when it is best for us to gracefully bow out. When To Try Harder: You haven’t actually “failed” yet You haven’t given 120% of your efforts Your heart tells you that you CAN You believe in your idea When To Move On: Your efforts are not being appreciated You are causing more harm than good YOU are not happy When do you think someone should move on or try harder at something? xx Nicole

Create Your Own Happy Place

1. Try going with a theme or color story. I chose classic black and white. 2. Make it age appropriate. This sheet set with the gorgeous lace detail was the perfect way to transition my room from teenager to (gulp) young adult. 3. You want your space to feel warm, inviting and full of love. 4. You gotta stay positive. I read this every morning while I get ready to start my day. 5. Keep it authentic to who you are. This dope NYC themed lamp is so me. I am obsessed with NYC. 6. Surround yourself with photos of the people who matter most to you. Now that the agony of living in a cramped, cluttered space is gone I feel 10x better. I finally got rid of all the old useless stuff that was collecting dust and taking up space that could be used for other things like clothes and shoes of course! It felt so good to let go of the old. It was liberating and a really big stress reliever too.  I can …

Give Thanks Everyday; Not Just on a Holiday.

Be B.A.D: You cannot welcome more abundance into your life until you have genuinely said to the universe, “Hey, thanks for all that I have!” People who put a sincere effort into being appreciative and thankful tend to live a happier and healthier lifestyle. Being grateful is a powerful tool we can use to attract what we want into our lives. We get what we put into this world. Slowly start to change your thought process. So many of us get too caught up in the day-to-day stupidity that we forget the main difference between a “good day” and a “bad day” lies within our attitude. Your attitude is controlled by your thoughts. Be better. Be BADder. So let’s start off by being thankful for all that we DO have, right now! Have a Safe and Happy Thanksgiving! xox

Your thoughts create your reality so keep them positive or else…
