Be (B)eautiful: I’m a bit late with this, but better late than never I always say! Spring cleaning? Have you done it yet? Regardless, of your answer I hope you always donate your old goodies (clothes, shoes, bags, etc). Throwing those things away would be insane! I found some great sites for donating your fab items. Is your old prom dress still hanging in your closet, or better yet- the dress you wore to your EX b/f’s prom?! Why not donate it? Help out a young girl who may not be able to afford going to prom. I love the name of this site http://www.cinderellaproject.net and also, http://www.operationfairydust.org.  Another really great organization to donate to is http://www.dressforsuccess.org – looking good/appropriate for job interviews/work is so important, but can be really costly. So donate some of your old slacks, button ups, blazers,etc. Make someone else feel just as (B)eautiful as you do everyday! Hello BAD girls! So I was watching the season finale of the Jessica Simpson show,” The Price of Beauty” on VH1 last night and it inspired me for today’s post. Did you know that only 2% of women consider themselves Beautiful?! I find that number to be astonishing! I couldn’t believe it! There is clearly something wrong with today’s society for that to be such a small number. More women need to learn to love and accept themselves. Unfortunately, the media and Hollywood don’t help much, i.e Heidi Montag having 10 surgeries to completely change her appearance because she lacks inner beauty and confidence. I fear for the future of women and I hope to help with this initiative. Jessica Simpson is an Ambassador for Operation Smile and has partnered with VH1 to start the Smiles for Smiles Campaign!
