My Top Contender for the Sunglass Hut Full Time Fabulous Contest!

Being fabulous is tough, but living  Full Time Fabulous is even harder, unless you are Brianne Garcia. She is the beauty behind the fashion blog Dope Ambition. Brianne is also one of the 10 finalists selected to compete in a month-long blog off to become Sunglass Hut’s first ever Full Time Fabulous Fashion Blogger. Be (B)eautiful: This past Saturday was the 12th annual National Survivors of Suicide Day. The day represents a time for people who have lost loved ones to suicide to come together and find healing. My love goes out to anyone who has ever lost someone because of suicide. I recently had a classmate from High school commit suicide this year. It’s important that you be as supportive and understanding of those people in your life. You never know what someone may be going through and really need someone to just listen to them. I just purchased this tee-shirt to support the non-profit organization To Write Love on Her Arms. TWLOHA is dedicated to presenting hope and finding help for people struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury and suicide.  They are a positive movement to help support, inspire, inform and encourage those who need it most. Be (B)eautiful:Unless you have been living under a rock you should know that today is Spirit Day! Spirit Day honors the teenagers who had taken their own lives because of the bullying/hate they received because of their sexuality. But just as importantly, it’s also a way to show the LGBT youth who face the same pressures and bullying, that there is a vast community of people who support them and love them for who they are. I hope you are wearing purple today and if not I hope that your heart beats purple everyday. We are all human beings and no one deserves to be treated differently or tormented for being themselves.
